To kick off the 15th annual Hope Party, Grant Halliburton Foundation hosted a kickoff event on July 25 at Simkhai in Highland Park Village where more than 60 guests gathered to learn more about the annual gala, set for Friday, November 22. Guests sipped beverages and sampled small bites provided by Bistro 31, while they shopped at Simkhai, where 15% of sales were donated back to the nonprofit organization.

Julia manages the day-to-day logistics of the Foundation’s annual fundraisers, mental health conference, and other special events. Grant Halliburton Foundation’s Annual Beacon of Hope Luncheon Raised Funds for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention
Grant Halliburton Foundation held its 15th annual Beacon of Hope Community Luncheon at the Omni Dallas Hotel on April 19 where nearly 700 people attended to raise funds for the nonprofit. During the reception, guests enjoyed the champagne wall and mental wellness activities. While DJ Lucy Wrubel played entertaining tunes, guests wrote and drew on the Hope wall, bid on a raffle packages, and made connections at the Beacon Brews Coffee House.

Meet Kristien – Grant Halliburton Foundation’s office administrator. Kristien came to Grant Halliburton Foundation first as a mom in need of support for her child struggling with mental health issues. Passionate about the cause, she began volunteering at the Foundation weekly as a way to give back and to support other Coffee Days moms and families with their struggles. Kristien coordinates clerical and administrative tasks and supports other staff as needed for events and conferences.
